she/her

I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment that gives you the space to tell your story and be heard. I maintain and utilize a strengths-based and client centered approach, meaning that I tailor the tools and approach I use based on the individual and their unique history, challenges, needs, and strengths. I incorporate elements from the following evidence-based modalities in my practice: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

I graduated with my HBA in Psychology at Lakehead University and graduated from the MACP program at Yorkville University. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

I have experience working with children (7 years old and +), teens, and adults with a variety of struggles including, anxiety and mood disorders, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, and stress. I offer LGTBQ2SIA+ affirming care and work with Neurodivergent folx.
