Drue Forester

Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Director

she/her

I work with children (7+), teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, mood challenges, trauma, neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), and life transitions. Many of the people I support come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward — whether that’s in their relationships, emotions, or sense of self. Together, we work to better understand patterns, build effective coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change. I aim to support you in moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding. I am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care and welcome individuals in the LGBTQ2SIA+

My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, meaning our work is shaped around you — your story, your needs, and what feels most important in your life right now. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and IFS, but more importantly, I focus on helping you make sense of what you’re going through in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your story openly and feel genuinely heard. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to navigate it alone — when you’re ready, you’re welcome to take that first step.
